Man caught while on bail for dealing
A MAN already on bail for drug dealing in Oldham town centre was caught with a stash of cocaine and heroin at his home.

Andrew Hall (29) was said to have turned his back on the “trade in misery” and severed connections with former associates after twice being caught peddling Class A drugs a year ago.

Police searched his house in Beresford Street months later and found almost 90g of heroin and 13.5g of cocaine.

Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court was told that Hall, who has a young daughter, had built up substantial drug debts and felt pressured into helping dealers because he feared for his family’s safety.

Jailing him for three years and a month, Judge Jonathan Foster QC told him: “Having been bailed for earlier offences, you went back and did it again. The implications were that there would have been consequences if you had not, but people who deal in drugs trade in misery, and those who deal go to prison.”
