Boy’s road horror

A 12-YEAR-OLD cyclist is being treated for serious head injuries after a crash in Failsworth.
The young boy was in collision with a silver Volkswagen Golf on Oldham Road, near the junction with Failsworth Road, shortly before 2pm yesterday.
He was taken to Royal Oldham Hospital. Oldham Road remained closed for a short time.
