Residents whose community has been blighted by drugs gave police a round of applause when they swooped on suspected dealers.
They publicly applauded officers who targeted an address in Westfield Street, Chadderton on Thursday.
Drugs, cash and mobile phones were seized.
Sgt Jim Sweeney, from the Chadderton Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “This is a fantastic result for everyone living in this community who time and time again tell us they are sick of drug dealers.
“When the doors were smashed in, we were publicly applauded in the street by neighbours, which shows the strength of feeling here towards ridding this area of drugs.”
Two men aged 18 and 19 were arrested nearby on suspicion of possession of controlled drugs.
