Latics boss Paul Dickov has finally got his man after goalscoring trialist winger Cristian Montano agreed to a two-year deal at Boundary Park, with the option of a third year.
The 20-year-old, born in Colombia and raised in London, has been on West Ham United's book since he was 12.
Last season he had successful loan spells with Notts County, Swindon Town, Dagenham and Oxford United scoring ten times in 39 outings.
