LESS is more for an Oldham calorie-buster who has halved her dress size.
Eve McKenzie, from Chadderton, has been crowned local slimming’s ‘Woman of the Year’ after dropping from size 20 to a size 10 in just 10 months and losing five stone.
The 26-year-old, who lost the weight through Slimming World, signed up to the plan in September last year to try and shed the pounds.
Once almost 15st, she now weighs 9st 10lbs and boasts a slim, trim body - and a huge smile.
She said: “I never dreamed I could achieve so much. I’ve gone from a size 20 to a size 10 and it’s made such a huge difference. It’s changed my life.
“My fitness has improved and I enjoy being active now rather than thinking of it as a chore.”
Now Eve will enter the regional finals of the competition, putting her in the running for the national title.
