OLDHAM Council services provider firm Mouchel is out of administration only days after announcing the move.
The Chronicle reported on Tuesday that the UK public infrastructure group, which operates back office services, had its shares suspended on Friday.
The firm was brought out of administration 24 hours later when it was sold to MRBL, a newly-incorporated company owned by the lenders of Mouchel Group plc and the Group’s management.
The spokeswoman said it was now business as usual and there would be no job losses.
Grant Rumbles, chief executive of Mouchel, said: “The completion of this restructuring means that the long-term future of this business is secure.”
