DETERMINED . . . Jamuna Gibbs performed in front of the X Factor judges
THE Shirley Bassey impersonator who failed to wow the X Factor judges and grabbed Gary barlow’s bum in compensation is a fomer Oldham care home worker.
Jamuna Gibbs (59) caused quite a storm when she performed Bassey’s “Kiss Me, Honey, Honey, Kiss Me” — directing her performance at the Take That star.
When her performance wasn’t found worthy of the show’s second round, she clambered offstage and made her move on Gary.
The former Avalon Nursing Home, Lees, worker for 10 years is determined not to give up on a showbiz dream.
“I’ve never had the chance to pursue my career because I’ve had the children growing up, but now is my time. I know it’ll happen for me one day.”
