PROUD: sister Chloe is proud of Danny’s achievements
Danny’s feat is more than Parr for the course
A proud sister has praised her tri-ffic brother, who has clocked up £10,000 in donations to tackle a cancer that killed their father.
Chloe (20) and Danny Parr (23) lost their dad, Rick, to mesothelioma, a cancer brought on by exposure to asbestos in February 2011.
Danny, a former Oldham Sixth Form College student, set about completing a gruelling set of triathlons and long-distance runs to raise money for a mesothelioma charity.
After almost 18 months he has reached the landmarkl amount — and Chloe and mum Lisa, of Middleton, couldn’t be more proud.
