Date published: 28 September 2012
A LIFELINE for Oldhamers living on the breadline has officially opened its doors to the public.
Oldham Foodbank, in Clegg Street, provides nutritious food for families unable to afford to feed themselves.
The food comes from public donations and the service is run by volunteers in partnership with local churches and charity the Trussell Trust.
