RALLY . . . the gathering is watched by police
ONE person is believed to have been arrested following a right-wing rally in Oldham.
There was a heavy police presence as around 35 demostrators listened to speeches by members of the Combined Ex-forces and the National Front at the war memorial on Saturday afternoon.
