TRIBUTES have been paid to a former Oldham Sixth Form College student who leapt 140ft to his death from the Rakewood Viaduct on the M62 near Rochdale.
Ryan Taylor (19), from Milnrow, was found below the motorway bridge near Hollingworth Lake shortly after 9am on Monday.
College principal Jayne Clarke said: “Staff and students at OSFC were shocked and very sad to hear of Ryan’s death. He was always cheerful, positive and smiling; really hardworking and gave his all in every task he undertook. Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his family and friends.”
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
