Dickinson is the Real Deal

STAR turn . . . David Dickinson is filmed at the Queen Elizabeth Hall
OLDHAM has certainly proved itself the real deal after hosting David Dickinson and his team of antique seekers.
“The Duke” spent Saturday at the Queen Elizabeth Hall hosting an episode of ITV1’s “Dickinson’s Real Deal”, joined by dealers Corrie Jeffrey, Debbie Serpell, David Hakeney and James Layte.
Hundreds of locals turned out to have their treasure appraised, while the presenter moved seamlessly between four booths to shed some light on the findings.
Those who attended with their prized possessions were then given the chance to play wheeler dealer, by either accepting a price from one of the buyers or trying their luck at auction.
