‘Dead’ Brady furious at being revived
Date published: 08 October 2012
MOORS murderer Ian Brady died in July but was revived by medics against his wishes, it was revealed yesterday.
The infamous child-killer died for a few seconds following a seizure
The incident happened at the high–security Ashworth Hospital in Merseyside, before Brady was taken to Fazakerley Hospital in Aintree.
He was revived with a defibrillator.
The 74-year-old child killer was said to be furious when he learned what had happened.
He believes he should be given the right to die and has had to be force-fed for the past 12 years.
The incident came days before a tribunal hearing about his application to be transferred to a prison to be allowed to die.
