Failsworth man held in drugs inquiry

A FAILSWORTH man is being questioned as part of a police operation targeting drugs, firearms and money laundering.
Yesterday the 28 year old was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class- A and B drugs.
Officers arrested 10 other people for various offences, ranging from GBH to blackmail and possessing firearms.
The arrests followed a similar operation in which 13 people were charged following raids in Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Manchester in September.
