Cashier’s moment of knife-raid terror

THE raider threatens the cashier with a knife
POLICE have issued an image of a masked robber who threatened a cashier with a knife.
The man walked into Marsland Service Station in Manchester Street, Oldham around 8.50pm on Tuesday and threatened the 54-year-old woman behind the counter with a 10in knife.
He grabbed her shoulder and stole cash from the till before running away. The victim was left in shock
The offender is described as about 5ft 8in and medium build, wearing a red jacket with the hood up, and with a black scarf over the lower half of his face. He wore black gloves.
Det Con Lisa Prescott of Oldham CID, said: “The woman was left deeply distressed. The offender is clearly a very dangerous man and needs to be caught.”
