A song and dance start for academy

STUDENTS, teachers and guests celebrate the official opening of Oasis Academy
OASIS Academy Oldham’s £30 million building was officially opened in a blaze of song, dance and colour.
The ribbon was cut by the Rev Steve Chalke, founder of the Christian charity which sponsors the Hollins Road school, along with head boy Adam Marsden and head girl Tempany Windsor.
They also unveiled a plaque
