Nine on child-sex charges

NINE Rochdale men have been charged following an investigation into child sexual exploitation.
The charges relate to offences against a teenage girl by different men in 2008 and 2009.
Freddy Kendakumana (26) of Illminster, has been charged with three counts of rape, attempted rape and four counts of sexual activity with a child under 16. Roheez Khan (26), of Ashfield Road, has been charged with ten counts of sexual activity with a child under 16.
Chola Chansa (32), of Illminster, has been charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child under 16.
Charged with sexual activity and inciting sexual activity with a child under 16 are: Ali Asghar Hussain Shah (39), of Lyefield Walk; Anjam Masood (30), of Marne Crescent; Asrar Haider (38), of Chamber House Drive, Castleton; Abdul Huk (36) of Ouldfield Close; Mohammed Rafiq (31), of Allington, Freehold; and Mohammed Ali (27), of Exbury.
All nine men have been bailed to appear at Bury magistrates’ court on dates between November 7 and December 6.
