OLDHAM Council has obtained Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) against two residents.
Fifteen-year-old Jordan Lee Pilkington of Brookdale Street has been banned from an area of Failsworth until October 2014 because of his violent outbursts over several months. He is also banned from associating with certain named individuals. A two-year detention and training order may be substituted if he breaches the terms.
Magistrates sitting at Oldham also granted a two-year ASBO against Darren McCann of Rockliffe Villa, Haworth Street.
The 39 year old, who has a history of convictions, is banned from Oldham town centre unless attending prearranged appointments. He is also barred from carrying open containers of alcohol in the exclusion zone. A breach could see a sentence of up to five years in jail.
