A MAN accused of handing drugs out to trick or treaters on Hallowe’en has had his first court hearing postponed.
Donald Junior Green, of Mendip Close, Royton, was due to appear at Oldham Magistrates’ Court on Friday charged with possession of class A drugs.
But his case was put back and he will not now appear until November 19.
Bags containing white powder were confirmed to contain cocaine. The bags had been given out to youngsters out trick or treating on Mendip Close.
