TRIBUTES have poured in for tragic 46-year-old Philip Healing — part of family business Healing’s International Coaches — who was found hanged.

Devastated friends and family of the popular Shaw resident took to social networking sites to share their grief.

Cousin Beverley Stockler said: “Gone too soon. You will be missed. I have such fond memories of times spent with you and the family on my visits back home. Sorry I didn't know you were in pain. Love always.”

Pat Hackwell said: “We have some very good times to remember, I'm sure he will be missed by a lot people.”

Others, like Anthony Limbert, asked why it had happened to Philip.

Mr Limbert said: “RIP Phil Healing. Can’t believe your gone. A top guy . . . just why?”

Paul Tibbs added: “Such devasting and sad news. RIP Philip, things won’t be quite the same without you on the touchline at matches, you were such a genuine and lovely guy and all of us at AFC Oldham Under-15s will sorely miss you.”

Philip was part of his family’s travel business, on Higginshaw Lane, which has traded in Oldham for 88 years. His father, Eddie Healing, died at work in 2003, after falling 30ft from a ladder.
