A VETERAN pop group were under the moon of Uppermill love as they rolled back the years in front of scores of excited fans.

The legendary Showaddywaddy, who have clocked up more than 20 million record sales and toured the globe in their 40-year career, rocked the Uppermill Civic Hall at the weekend.

Despite the hits drying up three decades ago, the energetic band showed why they are still in demand, performing up to 100 gigs a year.
