1,000 new homes

A £130 million scheme will bring 1,000 social housing homes to Oldham over the next three years.
Developments under way or planned include 165 properties in Acre Lane, Derker, 89 in Fitton Hill, 110 in Werneth, 93 at St Mary’s, 97 in Hathershaw, 22 in Limehurst Village, 25 in Athens Way and 112 in Spencer Street.
