FIRE-FIGHTERS used bolt-croppers to rescue a baby who got her finger stuck in a bike wheel.
The 10-month-old girl from Coldhurst had her finger lodged between the chain and a cog.
Crew manager Chris Meredith said it took 10 minutes to remove the chain from the bike to free the baby, who was then taken to Manchester Children's Hospital.
It is thought the bike was being moved from storage under the home’s stairs when the incident occurred.
