Robbie O'Leary: fun for a change
A HARD-HITTING television actor from Limeside will showcase his lighter side tonight on Paddy’s TV Guide, hosted by comedian Paddy McGuinness.
Robbie O’Leary - who has played menacing roles in Coronation Street and Waterloo Road will provide some laughs alongside the popular Bolton comedian.
“It’s a funny show and we had a good laugh filming it,” said Robbie.
The former Kaskenmoor school pupil has appeared in many programmes, including roles in Hollyoaks, Drop Dead Gorgeous and Vincent, alongside tough guy Ray Winstone.
Away from acting, Robbie is part of the lighting crew at Liquid nightclub in Oldham and also helps youngsters as an activities worker with Oldham Youth Council.
Paddy’s TV Guide is on Channel 4 at 10.20pm.
