FAN favourites: Latics interim boss Tony Philliskirk and striker Jose Baxter meet supporters
IT was standing room only as Latics caretaker boss Tony Philliskirk and striker Jose Baxter met their faithful fans after the boys in blue made it three wins in three.
Philliskirk, who runs the Latics youth team, took over as interim manager when Paul Dickov resigned last month.
Victories over MK Dons, Stevenage and Portsmouth have seen Latics climb out of the relegation zone, so spirits were high at Saturday’s Q&A session at the Bluebell Inn in Rochdale Road.
And fans were able to quiz the pair on Latics stunning FA Cup run, which continues tonight with the Everton replay
