Rebel moggie returns - after seven months!

CHARLIE Watts the cat might well have lost a couple of his nine lives.
But we may never know: he has retured home after being missing for more than half a year.
Former rescue cat Charlie - yes, named after the Rolling Stones’ drummer - left his Berkshire Place, Freehold, home last August.
Heartbroken owner Tom Watts (64) thought he wouldn’t see his pet again - but Charlie strolled in, demolished two and a half bowls of food then went to sleep.
Tom, who took in the multi-coloured moggy as a kitten, said: “He’s weak and thin. I took him to the vet and they said he was OK.
“He was a terror before he went missing, but he seems to have quietened down. I’m so glad he’s home. I was very upset when he went away.”
Charlie’s disappearance wasn’t the first drama Tom had with the two year old. Hundreds of pounds were previously spent repairing a leg broken in three places in an accident.
