Wall of snow comes knocking

Snow at the door!

NEIGHBOURS leapt to the assistance of a woman whose house was so battered by the weather that a wall of snow greeted her as she opened her front door.

Giant snow drifts gathered outside the Park Cottages in High Crompton, and the distressed resident couldn’t even dig a way out of her home.

Those living close by teamed up to clear a pathway for her, though the house was still decorated in icicles.
