Piccadilly roadworks mean bus disruption

A MAJOR Manchester city-centre bus terminal will close for three days following the Easter break for road and pavement-repair works.
Bus stops on Parker Street, which runs between Piccadilly Plaza and Piccadilly Gardens, will close from 7am on Tuesday. The area is expected to reopen to pedestrians and vehicles from 7am on Friday, April 5.
A total of 39 bus services will use temporary stops during the closure:
Services 12, 25, 26, 32, 36, 37 and X34: will operate from Stand CR on Charlotte Street.
Services 15, 16, 85, 86, 99, 101, 104, 105, 109, 111, 130, 263 and 291: will operate from CU Stop on Portland Street outside Manchester One.
Services 41, 42, 42A, 43, 44, 48, 142, 143, 157, X41 and X57: will operate from Stand TA on Sackville Street.
Services 33, 63, 84, 250, 255, 256, X50 and X58: will operate from Stand EZ on Chorlton Street.
Bus stops will be clearly signposted, with passenger information throughout the area.
