MANCHESTER City might not have won a trophy this season — but it’s a season to remember for a quartet of young Blues from Chadderton and Royton.

North Chadderton School friends Ellie Froggatt, Jade Pratt and Shannon Nolan, all 13, appear on the cover of this Sunday’s final City match programme of the year.

They were joined by family friend Charlie Hibbert (6), a pupil at Mills Hill Primary School pupil, after Ellie won a competition.

The shoot took place at the Carrington Training Centre with club photographer Sharon Latham. They also had a guided tour behind the scenes and met some of the first team players.
