A MOBILE advice centre is being set up at Royton Hall Park’s estate office. Officers will be on hand to assist with queries relating to rent in conjunction with Guinness Northern Counties.
BOOTH’S Garden Centre is celebrating its re-opening with a craft and creators market, from 10.30am on Sunday.
SHAW and Crompton Parish Council has recommended that Asda can erect a canopy in its car park for “drive thru” customers who want to use a new click and collect service at its Shaw store. Oldham Council’s planning committee has the final decision.
TEMPORARY signals are in place between Smallbrook Road and Bridge Street, in Shaw, for up to four weeks, from 9.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. They are required as part of road resurfacing works.
COUNCILLOR Dave Murphy is the new chairman of Shaw and Crompton Parish Council. The vice-chairman is now Councillor Chris Stephens.
