A MOTORCYCLIST is critical in hospital with a head injury after a smash in Shaw on Friday morning.
The 51-year-old was riding his black Suzuki bike when he collided with a green DAF box van in Shaw Road, near the junction with Fitton Street, at around 7.50am.
The man, who is from the Oldham area, was taken to Royal Salford Hospital.
