Coliseum awarded Webber project cash

OLDHAM Coliseum has been given £15,000 by the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation to help mount a school project.
The theatre has established itself as a cultural and educational resource by encouraging strong community links. The money will allow the Coliseum to run a partnership scheme with four secondary schools in Oldham and Rochdale over three years. Oldham Academy North will take part in the first year.
The aim is to inspire students to immerse themelves in the process of creating stage drama.
