Catalogue brand JD Williams is to locate the first of its new North-West stores in Town Square shopping centre, creating eight jobs.
The Crazy Clearance store will offer clothing, footwear and homewares.
The company, based in Manchester but with a warehousing and distribution depot in Shaw, is currently recruiting a store manager and assistant manager for the site as well as a supervisor and part-time staff.
Crazy Clearance stores general manager Andy Collins said: “The 1,800 sq ft unit will open in early August. It will create a number of new jobs and we are positive it will be a success.”
