GENEROUS fundraisers raised £9,502 in memory of murdered soldier Lee Rigby.
The White Hart Hotel, Lydgate, held a night of music and entertainment in aid of the Royal Fusilier Aid Society.
Drummer Rigby (25), who served in the 2nd Battalion, Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, was hit by a car and attacked with knives and cleavers in a brutal assault outside his barracks in London.
Cash was raised by a raffle and auction, and Barclays bank also donated £3,000 towards the total.
