£20,000 project to help men look their best

BUSINESS partners Steven Palmer and Jason Caine Smith have invested £20,000 to convert the derelict basement of their premises in Huddersfield Road into treatment and sunbed rooms.
The conversion has taken several months and has been 10 years in the planning.
Steven Caine Hairdressers, opened by friends Steve and Jason 16 years ago, has been a popular destination for a generation of men.
“The lads have embraced social media and we are now on Twitter, Facebook and InstaGram and we are getting new customers from all over the place,” he added.
Jason is convinced that the investment in the treatment rooms will be a winner. Male grooming is becoming more and more important, he explained, though the rooms will also cater for women.
