Melanie Sykes and Tetley's Gaffer launch the promotion
ALL eyes were on Mossley model Melanie Sykes at the launch of a promotional competition for a refreshing brew.
The 43-year-old TV presenter first found fame in an advert for Boddingtons beer — known as the “Cream of Manchester”.
But the dark-haired beauty, whose parents live in Diggle, has changed drinks — and now stars in ads for Tetley tea!
Mel caused a stir when she joined Tetley’s “Gaffer” to launch the Tetley “Find Sydney” — a tea-based vesion of children’s book and puzzle “Where’s Wally” competition at Waterloo Station in London. Commuters can win £1,000 if they find the Tetley character Sydney within a giant illustration or special promotional packs.
