Latics sign defender

ATHLETIC boss Lee Johnson has swooped to sign Swiss defender Genseric Kusunga.
The 25-year-old has agreed a deal to the end of the season, with an option of a further year, subject to international clearance being granted.
Kusunga played for Swiss League One side Servette from 2006 to 2010 before signing for Super League side FC Basel and helping them to the title in 2010-11 and the League and Cup double in 2011-12.
