Attempted murder charge

A 34-YEAR-OLD man who was hit by a bus in Oldham has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman was found stabbed on Monday.
The Chronicle reported how the woman had been stabbed in her house on Medina Grove, Coldhurst, and was admitted to hospital. She remains in a stable condition.
Police were then called to Henshaw Street, Coldhurst, at around 7pm following reports that a man was in the road.
The man was involved in a collision with a bus and taken to hospital for treatment for serious injuries. He remains in a stable condition.
It is believed both incidents are linked and are of a domestic nature.
