Chance to join in the big debates

OLDHAMERS can again join tomorrow’s full Oldham Council meeting from the comfort of their own home.
The meeting will be streamed live on the council’s website (www.oldham.gov.uk) from 6pm. The meeting will also be broadcast live on Oldham Community Radio (99.7fm).
Among items on the agenda will be the Co-operative Annual Report 2013, which highlights the campaigning work the council has been doing on behalf of residents.
As part of the session, the full council will starts with a new 20-minute “Open Council” session that allows members of the public to put questions directly to cabinet members. For details wisit the website or the council’s Facebook (www.facebook.com/loveoldham) and Twitter (@OldhamQT) feeds.
Questions can also be emailed to localdemocracy@oldham.gov.uk, uit must all be received before the meeting begins.
