Of the 13 people arrested, one man has been charged, nine have been bailed and three have been cautioned.
Heroin worth £86,000 and crack cocaine worth £15,000 was found at a house in Chapel Road, Hollinwood. Cannabis worth £23,000 was also recovered at another address.
Chief Supt Catherine Hankinson said: “Working with the local authorities and other agencies, we have seized millions of pounds worth of drugs, firearms and cash and as residents will have already seen, we have secured some lengthy convictions for some of these organised crime group members.
“By taking so many of these gang members off the streets and seizing huge quantities of drugs and other items associated with criminality, we have made massive inroads into disrupting these criminal networks and as a result, Oldham is a much safer place to live and work.
