Greenfield homes get go-ahead

PLANS to build 23 affordable homes on derelict land on Wellington Road in Greenfield have been given the go-ahead.
Developers Wiggett Construction will build a mixture of three-bed terraced and semi-detached homes on the site. The land once housed industrial buildings but has been derelict for several years.
