Man’s jaw broken in attack
Date published: 01 November 2013
A 33-year-old man suffered a fractured jaw when he was punched in the face at an Oldham pub.
An argument between two men in the beer garden at the Church Inn in Howard Street late one Saturday night last month resulted in the victim needing surgery to have plates inserted in three parts of his jaw. The man suffered numbness that is thought could be permanent.
The offender is white, around 26 and 5ft 11in tall, stocky and has black, spikey hair. He has tattoos on his right arm and was wearing a black T-shirt with diamante decoration.
Anyone with information should call police on 0161-856 8927 or Crimestoppers on 0800-555 111.
