A MAN who raped and indecently assaulted two young girls from Oldham has been jailed for 17 years and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for life.
John Paul Lee (36), of Lytham Road, Blackpool, was found guilty of nine counts of raping a child and six counts of indecently assaulting a child at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court yesterday.
Between 2002 and 2008, Lee repeatedly sexually abused two young girls at an address in Oldham, plying them with drink and drugs.
He first started abusing the girls when one was just four-years-old and the other eight.
PC Natalie Eastwood, from the Chadderton Public Protection Investigation Unit, said: “Lee is an evil, depraved man.”
