Youngsters shine at charity ball
Date published: 29 November 2013
SUPPORTERS, businesses and patrons were shown the talent on offer at Mahdlo Youth Zone at a ball which raised more than £20,000 for the Oldham-based charity.
Almost 200 guests attended the magical evening, which included a silent auction and a display of talent from young Mahdlo members.
Claire Crossfield, development manager at Mahdlo, said: “It costs us more than £1million a year to run Mahdlo and having the support of local people is fantastic.”
If you would like to get involved at Mahdlo through volunteering, fundraising, becoming a patron or by making a donation call Claire on 0161-785 3862.
