CARING and intelligent . . . Victoria Adams
THE family of a 22-year-old woman stabbed to death on Sunday have paid tribute to her.
Police were called to Springwood Hall Road in Fitton Hill following reports a woman had been knifed in the chest.
Mum-of-one Victoria Adams was taken to hospital but died less than two hours later.
Victoria’s family said: “Victoria was our only child and the mother of our only grandchild. Victoria was bright, funny, intelligent and caring. Her death has devastated all her family and friends.
“We do not know how we will cope without her. She has left a massive hole in our hearts which will never be mended.”
A 29-year-old man remains in police custody for questioning.
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800-555 111.
