VICTORIA ADAMS: man on murder charge

A 29-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with the murder of young Fitton Hill mum Victoria Adams.

Andre Bright of Falmouth Street, Oldham, was due before local magistrates today, accused of the murder of mum-of-one Victoria (22).

Bright is also charged with causing actual bodily harm in an alleged incident in an Oldham nightclub.

Police were called to a house in Springwood Hall Road, Fitton Hill, on Sunday morning to find Victoria had been stabbed in the chest. She died shortly afterwards in hospital..

Bright’s assault charge relates to an earlier incident involving a member of staff at the 101 nightclub in Yorkshire Street.
