Post Office set to move

SPRINGHEAD Post Office is planning to move - but only a few hundred yards down the road.

If approved the move will see the branch relocate from 62 Oldham Road to Raja Bros at 169 Oldham Road under the “Post Office Local” concept, which has former standalone post offices reopen in local retail stores.

Should the move go ahead, the branch would provide 63 hours more than currently offered.

The Post Office is inviting customers and interested parties to give their comments on the move before January 24. Send your comment by email to comments@ postoffice.co.uk
