Fraud boss loses his homes

THE boss of a £3million gang who hijacked the corporate identities of Greggs, McDonald’s and others has been forced to sell two Oldham homes.
Kevin Pomeroy (48) of Stamford Drive, Failsworth, was jailed for eight and a half years a year ago, and must pay back proceeds of his crimes.
He is selling his Stamford Drive home and another in Chadderton, as well as a Range Rover car and a high-value Rolex watch.
