Body found in reservoir

THE body of a man was recovered from Dovestone Reservoir yesterday.
Police sealed-off the Saddleworth beauty spot around 10.30am following reports a body had been spotted.
Police and divers found the body of a white man, thought to be middle aged in the water. A post mortem examination was due to take place last night to establish the cause of death. An investigation into the circumstances had been launched.
