Dovestone body is missing father

A BODY recovered from Dovestone reservoir on Monday is believed to be that of missing Failsworth father Craig Wilcox.

The 28 year old was was last seen on January 6 at the home of relatives in Norfolk Crescent.

Officers, supported by an underwater search team, recovered the body from the water.
A post mortem examination took place yesterday but the result was inconclusive. Further tests are being completed, and an investigation into the circumstances is underway, though the death is not being treated as suspicious.
